Description: Chishio can cast this spell by raising her arm and facing her palm out before her as soon as an enemy attempts to strike a blow upon her. From the pores that cover Chishio’s palm crimson blood runs out at an unnatural speed and forms a shield up before her that is almost twice the size of her body and five inches thick.

Close/long Range: Close ranged

Effect: The spell Blood Barrier is solely used for defence to block against attacks intended to strike Chishio; it can not be used to harm an enemy. The shield can withstand countless powerful physical attacks but isn’t as stable towards magic. Its limit is three strikes from simple spells and one against a powerful spell.

History: Chishio’s body was created from the spilt blood of her older twin brother so it isn’t surprising that she should have some influence of the element of blood. Chishio developed the Blood Barrier spell during her search for the Basilisk Organisation in an attempt to protect herself against their attacks and to make herself stronger. As far as Chishio is aware of she is the only one with the skill to manipulate blood and as such she is the only one who can perform this spell.

I think it says so in the spell rules that the mp cost consists of going up in tens...
