Race: Appears human but isn’t really. Chishio is really a spirit given flesh.
Looks: Chishio is quite tall; standing two inches beneath six-feet-tall, her body structure is undeniably feminine for even though her physique is athletic she still possesses covetous womanly features. Her complexion is very pale and her utterly straight crimson hair falls past her behind but is usually styled into a side-ward ponytail. Chishio’s facial structure is highly feminine with fragile features that include small but plump lips and a petite but straight nose. Chishio’s eyes are haunting for they bare irises that are a hypnotic shade of aquamarine and are without pupils, stained just beneath Chishio’s left eye is a dark tattoo that bares a single word, written in the language of the humans that existed before the realization of magical creatures. That word is:
Vengeance.
Chishio is prone to wearing an oddly-styled outfit that only bares four colours – brilliant red, pearl white, charcoal black and radiant gold.
Chishio’s breasts are concealed by a bikini-styled top that is pearl white with red swirls and thin black straps, which are attached to the thick neck-brace around her throat, which almost covers the entire lower half of Chishio’s face. Decorating Chishio’s arms from her armpits down to her knuckles are oddly designed black gloves; crimson sheets of tempered metal decorate the gloves for defensive use. A g-strap-like item of clothing is what Chishio wears like pants, its straps black and its fabric constructed to resembled red swirls. Attached to these straps are more red swirls that are attached to a square sheet of pear white fabric that falls to the backs of Chishio’s thighs. From her thighs down to her ankles, Chishio wears skin-tight pearl white tights and knee-high crimson boots.
Secured behind her left shoulder-blade as well as her back are two identical Wakizashi swords.
City: Nowhere. Chishio wanders from place to place in her search for a certain organisation.

Personality: Chishio is very anti-social and can be quickly hostile to anyone who she meets, however if one could get through Chishio’s icy outer-surface they would discover that she is really a kind loving person beneath. Chishio isn’t one for words and would rather answer a question through the blades of her swords and can be a bit sadistic at times. Chishio’s existence is a bit of an enigma, even she doesn’t truly understand how her existence came about but it is rumoured and said, even by Chishio herself, that she is cursed. Chishio truly believes that everyone is given a purpose at birth and that without that purpose it is as if one is truly dead, that is why Chishio is unrelenting in her pursue of the organization who she swore a blood oath to destroy.
Good Traits: Chishio is an expert swordsman and her speed at which she wields her Wakizashi swords is outmatched, in fact she has only been bested twice before in her life. As such, Chishio is very agile and also possesses good accuracy and flexibility. Chishio has a high pain tolerance and can take many hits and still find the strength to rise back to her feet, though this is mainly due to the determination that Chishio has to complete her life’s purpose. Chishio is intelligent and has a sharp eye for detail, allowing her to notice thing that must people would overlook.
Bad Traits: When it comes to physical strength Chishio is lacking. Chishio is easily consumed by her more powerful emotions such as rage and sadness and is quick to blame herself; she is also terrible at following or recalling directions and has a tendency to become lost. Mercy is also a concept that Chishio cannot understand, causing her to appear brutal and heartless in front of others.
Weapons: Chishio wields twin Wakizashi swords that had once belonged to her older twin brother.
History: From the very moment of her birth Chishio was destined to live a cursed life of tragedy and sadness, having being born without a body of her own, her spirit bound to the body of her older twin brother Kisuke, who was the only one who could see and hear Chishio but even he could not touch her. But this had never bothered Chishio, who had come to the conclusion that the purpose of her life was to protect her older brother – so what did it matter that only he knew of her existence?
Both Chishio and Kisuke were born in the time of World War Three, their parents were both killed in the escalading violence leaving both the orphans to live their lives alone and defenceless. Nobody would help them for they believed Kisuke to be deranged; after all they couldn’t see or hear Chishio and so assumed that the boy was mentally unstable. This caused Kisuke to be targeted by many unsavoury people who desired to harm Kisuke because they were discomforted by his talking to Chishio or who just wanted to cleanse the world of one more orphan. Their attacks were unsuccessful, for Chishio possessed a power that compensated for her lack of body and which she used to protect both Kisuke and herself from harm – the power of wind.
With this ability, Chishio killed anyone who tried to harm Kisuke even if their attacks upon her brother were not fatal.
But one day, as a group of thugs attacked Kisuke, Chishio was caught unawares by one of the thugs who came silently up behind Kisuke and split him into two with a bladed weapon. Both Kisuke and Chishio should have died then but fate decided otherwise.
The layers of blood that had been spilt from Kisuke’s body rapidly took the form of a girl who looked identical to Kisuke only her hair was as red as the blood that had been spilt and when she opened her eyes aquamarine orbs glared up at the baffled thugs. Beside her Kisuke’s body was in perfect form, there were no signs that he had been cut at all let alone being cut in half.
Chishio finally had her own body and the thugs were swiftly killed for their folly.
Life for Kisuke and Chishio was a lot easier after that incident. Even after the comet struck earth and they were two of the remaining survivors both managed to find well-paying jobs whilst keeping Chishio’s elemental magic a secret. Kisuke also developed an interest in swordsmanship and managed to purchase his own twin Wakizashi with the money that he had earned and saved.
It was at this point of time, when both Kisuke and Chishio were thirteen-years-old, that Chishio started to become aware of her intense feelings for her brother, feelings that she noticed that other siblings did not express towards each other. When Chishio expressed these feelings towards Kisuke he gently told his sister that they would pass in time, that twins were only supposed to love each other and not to
be in love with each other. Chishio agreed with Kisuke that her feelings would change as she matured but inwardly she didn’t agree – she knew that she would always be in love with Kisuke and that she could love no-one else.
Rumours had also begun to circle Excalibur City, which was the only place that the twins knew of as they had been living on its streets all their lives, that Chishio was cursed and that back when everyone had believed Kisuke to be crazy Chishio was the spirit that he had been consulting with. That her beauty would drive men mad and lead her to her death. Kisuke angrily tried to make those rumours go away whilst Chishio did her best to ignore those who whispered about her whenever she passed them. However, the rumour about Chishio’s cursed nature soon turned out to be the truth when a group of men approached Chishio on her way home after work.
There were twelve of them and they stated that they made up an organization known as “Basilisk” – a group of mercenaries that worked for the highest bidder.
The organization Basilisk tried to convince Chishio to come with them “for some fun” but Chishio was reluctant to do so and tried to leave their presence with no success, it was at this point that the organization tried to forcefully take Chishio with them but Kisuke – who had sensed something was wrong with Chishio and so had gone to look for her – appeared and tried to fight the members of Basilisk away from Chishio with his twin blades but proved to be no match for them. Before Chishio’s horrified eyes the members of the Basilisk organization broke Kisuke’s body and removed his head from his shoulders before taking their leave.
For a while Chishio was beside herself with grief over her twin’s death. She was all alone and didn’t know what to do. She had failed in her life’s purpose and now the only person who she had ever loved was dead and she had nothing left to live for. But as Chishio stood in front of Kisuke’s grave an idea occurred to her, an idea that gave her a new purpose for living: she would kill every last member of the Basilisk Organization and avenge her older brother.
Before Kisuke’s grave, Chishio used his twin wakizashi to make a blood vow that she would not stop until his killers were as dead as him. Chishio then left Excalibur City and began to travel the world in search of the Basilisk.
During her travels Chishio strengthen her elemental magic and learnt the skills of a swordsman, in fact she became so good that she earned herself the title of “Chishio of the Blood-drenched Wind”, which is well-known of.
Chishio doesn’t care about the wars that are currently ravaging the world that she lives in. Occasionally she will allow herself to be hired by one side in order to obtain money needed to help her in her search for vengeance. But all in all, Chishio only fights for herself and the memory of the man that she loved.
